Features and Characteristics

 Machine Features
1. Using high technology such as micro computer display and graphic touch panel, the machine can be easily operated and maintained.
2. Being high-performance and high-durability, the filling machine rotates intermittently to fill the product easily while vacuum machine rotates continuously to enable smooth running.
3.The width of grippers in filling machine can be adjusted at once by a motor while those in the vacuum chambers needn't to be adjusted. The main section of machine are made of stainless steel for excellent durability and hygiene.
4. All filling zone are washable.
5. Weighing machine and liquid&paste doser can be combined with this machine. Status in the vacuum chamber can be checked through the transparent plastic vacuum shell lids.

Are you manufacturer or trader ?

What's payment terms, trade terms you accept ?
Usually we appreciate T/T 30% deposit, then 70% balance is paid before shipment. We usually offer FOB Ningbo price, but we also accept other way like L/C.

Does the machine easy to operate and what can I do if it doesn't work?
First, our machine is stable and easy to operate by just one person. What you need do is just to operate the PLC and clean the machine regularly. Also, we will sent you manual and video for the machine. We suggest you to visit our factory to learn more by yourself. And if there is something going wrong , you can call us , video-chat or email us. Our engineer can also go overseas if needed.
